THE MANDATE
Confronting a tight ten-day deadline, Agaleyn was tasked with designing a large-scale program to address a pressing social issue. The mission required aligning duties and expectations across a complex web of industry leaders, civic partners, and government stakeholders to ensure the initiative moved from paper to reality.
THE DESIGN
Drawing on deep nonprofit strategy experience, we mapped the civil society landscape to define precise roles within the aims of the program. Like assembling a puzzle, we connected each partner’s unique strengths while mitigating limitations, creating a framework where the coalition could achieve more together than any could alone.
In planting the right seeds the right way, this initiative remains a landmark initiative, earning national recognition and reshaping the credibility of everyone involved.
