Institutional Asset Management

Navigating Complexity

THE MANDATE

A foreign faith-based institution faced a stalemate over its presence and assets in Taiwan, despite guidance from prestigious legal and accounting firms. Agaleyn was tasked with untangling a complex web of stakeholders to clarify the organizational, cultural, and political implications of their next move.

THE DESIGN

We recognized when there were too many chefs in the kitchen, and understood how legal and accounting professionals approach policy issues in Taiwan. We offered a grounded perspective on how local communities, government, and international audiences would interpret each move, helping the client anticipate reactions before they occurred.

We untangled once-blurred roles and provided a set of tangible pathways that allowed the institution to weigh its options with newfound confidence.
